This notice explains why personal data in the reservation and newsletter forms is processed.
Data
Identity and contact details, driver and licence details, office, dates, vehicle choice, card details from the payment step and on-site browsing can be processed.
Purpose
Data is used to show car availability, create the reservation, contact you and meet a legal retention duty. The newsletter box is used only if you tick the consent box.
Retention
Data stays in the panel for as long as the request needs it. After a deletion request, records with no legal hold are removed from the panel.
Requests
You can ask to access, correct, delete or object to processing through the WhatsApp line.
