How old do I need to be?
For economy and comfort groups the driver is usually at least 21 with a licence held for at least 1 year. Luxury and van groups need a higher age and a longer licence. The conditions on the car page apply.
Which documents are required?
A licence, an identity card or passport, and a credit card for payment. Even if the licence is stored on a chip identity card, the physical licence or an e-Government driver record may be required.
Deposit and mileage
The deposit and included mileage are on the car page. Mileage above that is calculated at return.
Pick-up and return
You can return the car to the same office or to a different office. A different return is selected in the first reservation step when that office is available.
Payment
After the reservation is created, agency payment details are shared on the WhatsApp customer line. Card details stay on the request record.
Cancellation
For a date or office change, message the WhatsApp line with the reservation number. Deleting the request in the admin panel does not by itself release the car at the office; tell the line as well.
