General Rental and Protection Conditions

The car is driven by the driver named on the agreement. An additional driver is declared during the reservation or at the office. Economy and comfort groups usually require age 21 and a licence held for 1 year. Luxury and van groups need a higher age and a longer licence. A valid licence and an identity card or passport are requested at handover.

The term is counted in days from the pick-up and return dates. A return after the pick-up time can add a day. An early return does not refund the unused day by itself. An extension is requested on WhatsApp before the return time.

The daily price, the number of days and the deposit are shown separately on the car card. Mileage above the included limit, fuel difference, traffic fines and damage outside the protection package are added. The deposit is taken once at handover.

The protection package is chosen in the reservation step. Use outside that package belongs to the driver. If no package is chosen, the basic rental conditions apply.

The car is handed over at the selected office and time with the fuel level and a damage note. Return follows the same conditions. A different return office is selected in the first step when that office is open.

An extra hour is selected separately to extend the return time. The price follows the hour you select. A late return can be charged as extra time if it was not reported.
